2. How is ambiguity useful?
His eyes snapped open and immediately recoiled from the sunlight. Slowly he blinked back the harsh rays and the seared horizon slowly moved into focus. The land was cracked and baron. The traveler raised his hand to his face and felt the dry wrinkles that scarred his once supple skin. The earth had not been the suns only victim. The burning returned in his throat with startling severity he choked and coughed spilling blood and mucus onto the ground. He watches in disgust as saliva seeps into the network of tiny crevasses. He did not know if he could cross this wasteland, nor where he was heading. He was haunted by a vision, by a face, a whisper and a name. He mutters the name under his breath, “Annabel” and steadied by the thought and with a lighter heart the nomad strides into the beyond.
3. How do you challenge dominant powers?

Character 2; But you can help us Miss Rogers.
Miss Rogers; No
Character 2; He is the key to all of this, and you can lead us to him, we can find him before he finds us.
Miss Rogers; and what then will you hurt him like you hurt me.
Character 2; We will do what is necessary.
Miss Rogers; And what about what’s right
Character 2; This is not your decision to make anymore
4. What is the difference between dream and reality?
A shimmer in the dark,
A gasp, a groan,
Clouds of putrid stench,
A murky face, a beckoning hand
Rotten skin,
A passage, a light, a girl
A flash,
Sweat, fear, confusion
Relief
5. What are different ways people deal with the loneliness?
In bitter frustration Annabel tore into the pillow watching the feathers dance and fall through the air. She saw his face everywhere now, taunting her. She had thought that perhaps he could have been her salvation; they hated him like they hated her. He had been her companion, “it was us against them”. She screamed it into the room listening to the words echo and fade and then silence. She was alone, where was he, it was all his fault; it was him they wanted. She was just a pawn, she had always been a pawn she hated herself, she hated them, she hated him.
6. How do you communicate without speaking?
The nomad stood above them; unflinching, unblinking. He was rejuvenated, fueled by clarity of thought and a sense of purpose. They had told him everything he needed to know; about the girl, her location, her captors. He watched them as their eyes flittered to the picture of their daughter on the wall. He admired this how they thought of her safety first. It made it that much more difficult. He knew what he needed to do and in a strange way he thought he had always known, ever since the first vision that drove him thorough the wilderness. He sighed and watched as they retreated further into the corner of the room. He steadied himself. She was so close and he could save her, he must. If not then what was it all for? He turned away marching towards the door, he felt their sighs of relief wash over him. “O Annabel we don’t have much time”
